Ernest Edwin ALSPAW was born 1907 in OK territory which is now Oklahoma. He was the 4th child of 11 born to Lydia SISLER and Robert Lee ALSPAW. All names beginning with the letter 'E'. Elbert, Elva, Ethel, Ernest, Emma, Erman, Edith, Esther, Earl, Elda, Elsie.
In 1929 Ernest married Annie Ritchey [1906 - 1938] in Sapulpa, Creek county, OK.
Children born [note the 'D'] Doris, Delores, Delmar [Buck], Doretha & Annie Bell. Mother Annie died after baby Annie was born and is buried in the Oakwood cemetery, Mounds, Creek, OK.
In 1940, Ernest married Mary Ellen Clayton and they took the children and moved to Bakersfield, Kern, CA. To this union 5 more children were born, Danny, Darlene, Darrell, Diane and Dwayne.
Ernest died there 18 Nov 1976 and is buried in the Greenlawn cemetery, Bakersfield, Kern, CA. Mary Ellen died 22 Oct 1994 and also is buried there.
