-Mrs. Otis Ellen Harper, 65, of Williamsburg, Va., died there Thursday.

Born in Parson, she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Martha (Stalnaker) Lipscomb.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Thomas and Order of the Eastern Star at Williamsburg.

Surviving are her husband, Ifiac (Isaac)Harper, Williamsburg; five sons, Robert Harper, Brandenburg, Ky.; Richard Harper, Reedsville; Denver, Bobtown, Pa.; and Kenneth and Frederick Harper both Williamsburg; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Phillips, Williamsburg, and Miss Marguerite Harper, Seattle, Wash.; two brothers, Earl Lipscomb, Parsons; and Hobert Lipscomb, Thomas; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Dumire, Elk Garden and Mrs. Carrie Nazelrod, Hagerstown, Md., and nine grandchildren.

The body is at the Duncan Funeral Home where friends will be received today.

A service will be conducted there tomorrow at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
