Joseph ClauseJoseph Earl Clause, 78, died 11:15 a.m. Sunday.Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. today at Landry Funeral Home and resume 8 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time.

The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow 11 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church.Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Verna C. Clause; three sons, Roland, Lynn and Donald Clause; five daughters, Mrs. Calvin (Dorothy) Adams, Mrs. Jessie (Shirley) Benoit, Mrs. Merval (Pearl) Adams, Mrs. Joe (Earline) Buckley and Mrs. Clevelin (Caroline) Broussard; 26 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Landry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
