Pollock;; three years Registrar, Univ. of Okla.; two years instructor, and was made Prof. of Economics and Sociology as head of dept., Univ. of Okla.
Appointed U.S. Consul at Glauchau, Germany 1906-08; and at San Luis Potosssi, Mexico, 1908-10;; and Consul-General at Guatemale City, 1910 to now.
Married in 1904 to Emeline Wood Porter of Petersboro, Canada; two daughters.
