Jacob BACH, aged 77 years, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Robert FORD, 802 Ann street, Marysville. He was united in marriage at Peru, Ill. on August 22, 1882 to Miss Mary REITS, who preceded him in death six years ago. He came to Kansas in 1885, (from Mendota, Ill.) locating on a farm north of Marysville where he remained until about twelve years ago when he moved to town.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Robert Ford and Mrs. Laurence Van Arx of Marysville, four sons, Frank S. of Custer City, Okla.; John T. Bach of Odell, Nebr., and Ed. R. and George M. Bach of Oketo; two brothers, Theodore Bach of Riverton, Neb, and John Bach of (St. John) Washington and one sister (Anna Achatz) in Colorado. One sister (Maria Reiter) also preceded him in death. (Jacob Bach was the son of Simon Bach and Anastasia Benz)
