She was born July 7, 1943, in Waupaca, Wis., daughter of the late Cloyce and Carmen (Falzbot) Boutwell.
Marjorie attended Waupaca schools and was married to Robert Raasch in Waukegan, Ill., on Aug. 31, 1962. He preceded her in death on Feb. 7, 1983.
Marjorie was active locally in the St. Sebastian Catholic Bible study and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
She is survived by a daughter, Terri (Patrick) Triggiano, of Bessemer; two grandchildren, Vai and Vincent "Vinnie" Triggiano. Also surviving Marjorie are three brothers, Keith (Ardie) Penney, of Waupaca, Martin (Diane) Penney, of New London, Wis., and Richard (Margo) Boutwell, of Maryland.
Besides her parents and husband, Marjorie was preceded in death by her special companion of 14 years, Tim Walsh, in 2008. Also preceding Marjorie in death were sisters, Sharon Mohr and Donna Erickson; a brother, Gary; and a sister, Sandy, in infancy.
In accordance with Marjorie's wishes, cremation has taken place.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, Feb. 24, at 5 p.m. at St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Bessemer, with the Rev. Joy J. Adimakkeel, celebrant.
Visitation will be from 4:30 until 5 p.m. at the church.
inurnment will be in the Memorial Gardens in New Berlin, Wis.
