James Madison Horne, 42, electrial lineman, died wednesday morning at his home in the old union community, following a several weeks illness due to chronic nephritis.
He was a native of Pulaski Tenn., the son of James M. and Sarah Willoughby Horne, and was born April 12, 1905.
The body will lay in state at the Ochs Funeral Home where services will be conducted by the Rev. Robert Poindexter at 2:00 p.m. Friday.
Surviors are the widow, Mrs.Wilma Sullivan Horne; three children, James now serving in the U.S. Navy, Roberteen and Stella Lou at home.
Interment will be made in the Old Union Cemetery.
