Deloris "Lori" Blubaugh-Bailey, age 51, of 125 Hamilton Avenue, Waynesboro, died early Saturday morning, March 27, 2004, at Quincy United Methodist Home after a long illness. Born February 27, 1953, in Waynesboro, to the late LeRoy Blubaugh and Helen Earnest (Kitchen) Mundis of Waynesboro. Member of Otterbein Untied Brethren in Christ Church, Waynesboro; Helping Hands Sunday School Class. Mostly resided un Waynesboro, except few years when she lived in Huntsville, Alabama. Graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior H.S. (1971). Member of Beta Sigma Phi, Soriety, Zi Epsilon Chapter, (Past President and member of Soriety City Counsel. Member of Waynesboro Lioness Club. Employed by WIC in Waynesboro as a receptionist & nutritionist. Employee of Lochstampfor Funeral Home Inc., first as Adminstrative Assistant, last position as After Care Grief Facilitator to families. Over the years she had been employed at Citizens National Bank, Waynesboro, Valley Bank, Waynesboro Branch, George White TV, Letterkenny Army Depot, FCC in Gettysburg and Fort Ritchie. She loved her friends and family. Loved to volunteer and had been a volunteer for the TCL Program at the Waynesboro Hospital, the American Red Cross in Huntsville, Alabama, and the March of Dimes. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Joni Otts of Waynesboro and her husband Michael, her nephew Mathew. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ray Kitchens.

DELORIS "LORI" BLUBAUGH-BAILEY, age 51, of 125 Hamilton Avenue, Waynesboro, died early Saturday morning, March 27, 2004, at the Quincy United Methodist Home after a long illness.

Born February 27, 1953, in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy Blubaugh and Helen Earnest (Kitchen) Mundis of Waynesboro.

She was a member of the Otterbein Untied Brethren in Christ Church, Waynesboro, where she was very active and a member of the Helping Hands Sunday School Class.

She was a life-long resident of Waynesboro, except for a view years when she lived in Huntsville, Alabama.

She was a graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School, Class of 1971.

She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi, Soriety, Xi Epsilon Chapter, where she was Past President and a member of the Sorority City Council. She was a member of the Waynesboro Lioness Club.

She had been employed by WIC in Waynesboro as a receptionist/nutritionist.

She also was an employee of the Lochstampfor Funeral Home Inc., first as the Adminstrative Assistant with her last position as After Care Grief Facilitator to families.

Over the years she had been employed at Citizens National Bank, Waynesboro, Valley Bank, Waynesboro Branch, George White TV, Letterkenny Army Depot, FCC in Gettysburg and Fort Ritchie.

She loved her friends and family. Loved to volunteer and had been a volunteer for the TCL Program at the Waynesboro Hospital, the American Red Cross in Huntsville, Alabama, and the March of Dimes.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Otterbein United Brethren in Christ Church, 901 Park Street, Waynesboro, Pa. Rev. William Schuit will officiate. Interment will be in Quincy Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the Lochstampfor Funeral Home Inc. from 6-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service. In addition, Beta Sigma Phi, Xi Epsilon Chapter will hold a memorial service at 7:15 p.m. and the Lioness Club at 7:45 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to either Otterbein United Brethren in Christ Church, 901 Park Street, Waynesboro, Pa. 17268, or Quincy United Methodist Home, Benevolent Fund, P.O. Box 217, Quincy, Pa.
