HICKS, Charles, 73, of Nicholasville, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2012. He was the son of the late Myrtle and Harry W. Hicks. Mr. Hicks was a member of Nicholasville Baptist Church, and was a Freemason. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Hicks; and two brothers, James Hicks and John King. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Corman Hicks; two sisters, Katherine Townsley (Roger) and Margaret Waits; and a brother, Stanley Hicks (Marcia). Funeral service will be 2:30 pm Wednesday at Kerr Bros. – Harrodsburg Rd. by Rev. Kenneth Whitehouse with burial to follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Kerr Brothers Funeral home obit
