MOXHAM RESIDENT DIES OF PNEUMONIA

Mrs. Agnes Lear Forsyth Expired at Her Home Yesterday Following One Week's Illness

Mrs. Agnes Lear Forsyth, aged 71 years, seven months and 19 days, wife of James Forsyth, of 742 Park avenue, expired at the Forsyth residence at 8:30 o'clock yesterday morning, following one week's illness. Death was due to an attack of pneumonia. Mrs. Forsyth was born in Westmoreland County, July 7, 1845. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Lear, both deceased. The deceased was a former resident of Bolivar and removed to Conemaugh about 52 years ago. The Forsyth family later moved to the Seventeenth Ward, where they have lived since shortly after the Johnstown Flood. Mrs. Forsyth is survived by her husband and one daughter, Marcia Forsyth, at home. She is also survived by one brother and one sister -- Benjamin Lear, of Bolivar, and Mrs. Richard Harkins, of Pitcairn. Funeral services will be held from the Forsyth residence at 10:30 o'clock Monday morning. The services will be conducted by the Rev. Harry Bailey, pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church, assisted by the Rev. William McCallum, pastor of the Second Christian Church. Interment will be in Headrick's Cemetery.
