Former Palmerite Dies -
Word has been received by relatives here of the death on January 30 at Gering of Cecil A. Peck, 67. Mr. Peck was born March 12, 1902 to Mr. and Mrs. Jim Peck at Palmer. He attended school in District 31. He had made his home in Alliance from 1941 to 1952. He is survived by his widow, one daughter, two brothers, Edward of Vale, Oregon and Hayward of Torrence, California; and three sisters, Lottie Bahnsen and Almira Eckert of Grand and Carrie Bahnsen of Ogallala. Funeral services and burial were February 2nd at Alliance.
