James H. Walker, Cleveland district manager of the Ohio Brass Co. of Mansfield, died yesterday in his home 3285 Enderby Road, Shaker Heights. Mr. Walker, 71, was born in Manitowoc, Wis. He had lived in the Cleveland area since 1922. He was a member of the Cleveland and Buffalo Athletic Clubs and of Kilbourne Masonic Lodge, Milwaukee. At one time he was active in Democratic party affairs. Until he became ill, he was an ardent fisherman and also hunted deer and duck. Surviving him are his wife, Dorothy; two Sons, Commander William A., in the navy at San Diego, Cal. and James H. Jr.; a daughter Mrs. Lunetta Forward; a brother and two sisters. Private services will be Tuesday. The J.H. Brown Son & Forward funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
