Soon after their marriage they moved to Berkeley County, Virginia. In the later part of 1768 Abigail Bull [Kirk] Corbly died. She was buried near Winchester, Virginia.
John and Abigail Bull [Kirk] Corbly had four children; Margaret, Rachel, Priscilla and John, Jr.
After Abigail's death, John moved his family to the frontier of southwestern PA.
Note: There is some controversy here [surname has been recorded as Bull]. However the will of her father, Roger Kirk, has been found and it is now very clear who she was. So now we know she was a Quaker and her name was Kirk.
