Arvella Adams Nichols Michael, age 88, died January 18, 1996, at her home in Mapleton, Utah. She was born on August 24, 1907, in Rexburg, Idaho the daughter of Joseph Samuel and Frances Cole Adams. She married Howard E. Nichols on April 1, 1929. Their marriage was solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on March 2, 1973. On December 27, 1974, she married Paul Herbert Michael. He preceded her in death on July 29, 1995. She is survived by her one son and two daughters: Howard (Lila) Nichols, of Mapleton, Utah; Anna Bee (Calvin) Nichols, of Mantague, California; Joy (Jim) Gies, of Englewood, California; 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one brother, Frank Adams of Cedar City, Utah. Burial was January 23, 1996.
