Johnnie A. Adams, 70, of Henderson, passed away, Sunday, April 4, 2004. He was born Aug. 11, 1933 in Buford, Ga. and has resided in Henderson for nine months. Johnnie was a retired police officer and a security guard at Fortune Casino. He also served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of Independent order of odd fellows. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Adams. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Anne. Services will be held at 8:40 a.m., Friday, April 9, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
