CENTER TUFTONBORO, N.H. – George F. Gunn Jr., 82, of Center Tuftonboro, a retired salesman, formerly of Randolph, died Wednesday at the Mountain View Nursing Home, Ossipee, N.H. Mr. Gunn was a regional salesman for the Appleton Paper Co. for 41 years. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Boston Chapter American Legion State House Post 462. He lived in Center Tuftonboro and Randolph for 16 years. Mr. Gunn is survived by his wife, Pearl A. (Schaaf) Gunn; three sons, George F. Gunn III, Douglas W. Gunn and Daniel F. Gunn; a daughter, Sandra A. Babalis; a sister, Audrey L. Colcord; and eight grandchildren. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Chrysostom's Episcopal Church, 1 Lunden St., Quincy. Burial will be in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
