Mrs. Mary Arms, 77, of 241 Front St. died at her home at 7 p.m. Saturday. A native of Carter County, Ky., she was born March 03, 1874, a daughter of Granville and Rhoda England McCoy. She married Jack Arms who preceded her in death. Surviving are three sons, Walter, 347 Fourth St., Granville, 411 Boundary St. and Mose, 1024 ? St.; three daughters, Mrs. Rhoda Arms of Vanceburg, Mrs. Rebecca Clark of Logan, W. Va., and Mrs. Ada Ray at home; five brothers, J.W. 123 Glover St., Thomas and Theodore of Creola, O., George of Smith Creek, Ky., and Ben, 1910 Robinson Ave.; one sister, Mrs. Nancy Jackson, 123 Glover St. 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the residence with Rev. James Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery under the direction of Emrick Funeral Home. Friends may view the body at the residence.
