Lusina Lachney, a retired waitress, died Sunday at St. Jude Medical Center after a brief illness. She was 76.
Mrs. Lachney was born in Marksville, La., and lived in Kenner.
She is survived by a daughter, Olivia L. Leonard; a son, Hilton J. Lachney Sr.; 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marksville. Burial will be in Marksville Cemetery.
