Funeral rites for James W. Aldredge, age 64 years, were held at 11 o'clock Monday at the First Baptist church. Rev. C. W. Williams officiated, assisted by Rev. J. D. Scott. Interment in Many cemetery, Dennis-Green funeral home in charge. Pallbearers were: LaVerne Dailey, Melvin Gandy, C. E. Brumley, Haywood Williams, Elden Dees and Dewey Stoker.

Surviving are wife, Mrs. J. W. Aldridge; one daughter, Mrs. T. E. Britt of Many; one brother, W. H. Aldridge of Shreveport; five sisters, Mrs. Asa Miller of Florien, Mrs. L. J. Peters of Beaumont, Texas; Mrs. P. E. Whie of Sour Lake, Texas, Mrs. C. E. Russell and, Mrs. P. H. Duggan of DeRidder.
