Joseph Henry Loeback, 74, died Tuesday morning at his home, 3305 South Second street.
Born in Germany, he came to the United States 45 years ago and spent 43 of them in Omaha. He was a retired railroad boilermaker.
He is survived by two sons, Fred of Chicago and Joseph of Omaha; five daughters, Mrs A O Maloney, Mrs Martha Jensen, Mrs Milton Hoffman, Mrs Louise Hawkins and Mrs William Gerkin, all of Omaha; 30 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held from the residence Friday morning at 8:30 to St Patrick's Church at 9, with burial in St Mary Magdalene cemetery.
