Laura A. Fulmer, 89, of Fairview Avenue, Parkersburg, formerly of Eastlawn Avenue, died May 8, 1998, at her sister's home.
She was born in Petroleum and was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church, where she had been a deaconess. She was a self-employed seamstress. She was a member of the Daughters of American Loyalty 55, where she was a past state associate counselor and a member of Degree of Honor.
Survivors include one sister, Cora Weekley of Parkersburg; and 17 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen J. Fulmer; one sister, Ruth Dulaney; and six brothers, Noel, Aubrey, Ralph, Bruce, John, and Floyd Higgins.
Services will be 1pm Monday at Ogdin-Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
Burial in Evergreen North Cemetery.
