David Brian Dicken, age 53, of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, March 6th at the Hospice Center of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY while in the company of family members.
David was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 2nd, 1959. He was a son of Coleen (Gill) Dicken, of Tompkinsville, KY and the late Leslie Ephriam "L.E." Dicken. On May 10th, 1991 in South Carolina he married Kathy Lee (Stearns) Dicken who survives him. He was co-owner of Southern Kentucky Hardwood Flooring in Gamaliel, KY
David is survived by his mother Coleen Dicken, of Tompkinsville, KY; one daughter, Lindsay Dicken, and one son, John David Dicken, both of Tompkinsville, KY; two sisters: Diane, husband of Jerry Humes, of Tompkinsville, KY, & Donna, husband of Donald Davis, of Tompkinsville, KY; and one brother, Richard Dicken, of Tompkinsville, KY.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 7th from 4:30PM to 9:00PM and Thursday, March 8th from 6:00AM to 1:00PM at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY. Funeral service will be on March 8th at 1:00PM at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home with John Osgathorp officiating.
Burial will be in the Monroe County Memorial Lawn in Tompkinsville, KY.
