Mr. Engeman was a service station operator. He was a member of the South Park Methodist Church and the Odd Fellows Lodge at Wathena.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Opal Engeman of the home, four daughters, Mrs. James Mills, Wellsville, Kan., Mrs. Richard Fugua, St. Joseph, Mrs. Bill Smith, Golden, Colo., and Mrs. Everett Gnegy, Kansas City, Kan,; four sisters, Mrs. Ruth Kirkland and Mrs. Nora Weber, Wathena, Mrs. Opal Henry, Houghton, Iowa, and Mrs. Grace Reichle, Cummings, Kan., three brothers, Charles Engeman, Horton, Kan., Joseph Engeman, Albany, Ore., and Walter Engeman, Hiawatha, Kan., and ten grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 P.M. Thursday in South Park Methodist church in St. Jo with Rev. Elmer Evans officiating. Burial will be in Bellemont.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Hewins, Everett Israel, Willis Barker, Bob Welsh, Jack Powell and Lee Todd.
