Obituary: RICHARD L. FUQUA, SR. Richard L Fuqua Sr., 64, Plattsburg, formerly of St. Joseph, died Tuesday, April 9, 1996, at a St. Joseph hospital after a long illness.
Mr. Fuqua was in the construction industry and worked for St. Joseph Fuel Oil for many years.
Born in St. Joseph on April 9, 1931, he had resided in St. Joseph until 1993. He was a Baptist.
