Son of Agapito and Eloisa (Garcia) Montano.He met and married Petra Amparano 17 and to union they had 10 children , Victoria Eloisa, Dora Aurora, Robert Oscar,John Gilbert,Charles William, Ernest Eugene, Annabelle Patricia,James Peter,Juanita Louise and baby Juan who died as a baby b.1927 d.1928 Montana.He was born in a mining town called Picacho, California that is under water now. They moved to what they called the Potholes a small village. Then to Yuma,Arizona where he lived all his life,he worked for the Southern Pacific railroad company out of Yuma. He was a guard in his early years 1924 he drove Yumas trash truck for the city of Yuma, he also play bit parts in the movies when they would come to use the desert sand-dunes and western movies. He loved all his children and loved to cook. He was a loving and good son, father and grandfather all his life tell his death. After his divorce from Petra , He never married again he would say she was his Queen. He loved smoking cigars and his grandchildren would fight for the ring on the cigar. He wore a Fedora hat all the time. He will be missed for as long we all live.....
