Mrs. Emma Elizabeth Reid Culver, 77, widow of Dr. E.P. Culver, of 2061 Broad Street, Augusta, Georgia, entered into rest at 5:20 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 1923, at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Crawford Avenue Baptist Church with the Rev. J.I. Quattlebaum officiating. Interment will be in the West View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be S.G. Seats, P.S. Blackwell, Ed Sturdivant, Fred Martin, R.L. Reid and C.E. Reid. She was a native of Augusta and lived here all her life. Survivors include four sons, C.V. Culver of Augusta, W.E. Culver of Miami, Fla., S.C. Culver of Birmingham, Ala., and J.P. Culver of Seattle, Wash.; five daughters, Mrs. L.J. Schonol, Mrs. L.F. Lampkin, Mrs. P.H. Thomas, Mrs. Alma Beal and Mrs. R.M. Morton of Florida; thirty grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Elliott Sons.
