FRANK HICKMAN
Preston Franklin (Frank) Hickman, 56, 561 So. H St., was found dead at his home Wednesday by a nephew, Patrick Hickman. He was pronounced dead on arrival at a Tulare hospital of apparent natural causes.
He was a native of Orr, Okla., and had been a carpenter by trade. He had lived in Tulare for the past 42 years.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Pearl Hickman, Tulare; his widow, Rose, Fairbanks, Alaska; three sons, James Hickman, Clear, Alaska; Pete Hickman, Newark, and Ronnie Hickman, Tulare; four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Turman, Woodville; Mrs. Roger (Dorothy) Stark, San Luis Obispo; Mrs. Robert Pittman, Norwalk, and Mrs. Millie Faye Nible, Newark; a step-son, David Boyer, Fairbanks, Alaska; a step-daughter; Mrs. Dan (Lorene) Hopkins in Louisiana; three brothers, Jack and Joe Hickman, Tulare, and Alfred Hickman, Baker; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Minyard, Tulare and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services are pending at the Hamilton Peers Funeral Service.
