Funeral Services are pending at Hamilton Peers Funeral Services for Willie Mae Nivens, 88, 245 1/2 So. I St. Mrs. Nivens, a native of Milam County, Tex., died today in a Tulare Hospital.

Services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Peers Funeral Service for Mrs. Willie Mae Nivens, 88, 245 1/2 So. I St., who died Friday in a Tulare hospital.
Mrs. Nivens had lived in Tulare since 1946 and in California since 1930. She was a native of Milam, Sabine County, Texas and has been a housewife.
Mrs. Nivens is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Marie Carpentier, Long Beach, one great-grandson, three great-great grandchildren and a brother, Frank Hickman, Tulare.
The Rev. William A. Johnson of the Tulare First Christian Church will officiate and burial will be in the family plot in Tulare Cemetery.
