Mrs. Doris J. Caudle Cantey, 70, of Valley, AL died Thursday, 27 Oct 2005 at her residence.
Graveside services are scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday, 29 Oct 2005 at Johnson Memorial Gardens in Valley, AL with Rev Milford McClain officiating.
Mrs. Cantey is survived by five children, Sheree (Richard) Williams of Valley, AL, Donnie Ingram of Hollywood, FL, Danny (Stephanie) Ferrell of Valley, AL, David (Dorie) Ferrell of Huguley, AL and Kathy (Randall) Bell of West Point, GA; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her mother, Mary Modean Caudle of Tifton, GA; one sister, Lorene Copenhaven of Maryland; and one brother, Leonard Caudle of California.
Mrs. Cantey was born 14 Jan 1935 in Haleyville, AL (Winston County). She was a homemaker, and she loved flowers.
Mrs. Cantey was preceded in death by her father, Early Lee Caudle; her brother, Don Caudle; her sister, Vivian Lucas; and her granddaughter, Alison Bell.
The family will receive friends Friday, 28 Oct 2005 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley, AL.
