Mrs. George Goldsberry
Stella Goldsberry, 80, of 126 Sixteenth avenue SW, widow of George Goldsberry, died at her home at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday after a brief illness. She had resided in Cedar Rapids 20 years.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Arnold Johnson of Austin, Minn.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Paul Wischmeyer; a stepson, Chester Goldsberry, both of Cedar Rapids; 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Samuel [Jennie] Damewood of Nebraska; a half-sister, Mrs. Edgar [Lola Louise Knisley] Morris of Shenandoah, and two half-brothers, Hollie Knisley of Essex and Jerome of Shenandoah. Her husband died in December.
Services will be conducted in the Brosh chapel at 10 a.m. Friday by the Rev. C.V. R. De Jong. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel Wednesday evening.
