Ms. Amick was the daughter of Ed and Maggie Browder Coward.
Ms. Amick is survived by her son, Tommy (Bonnie) Spires, St. Matthews. Grandchildren, Russell (Janet) Spires, Lexington, Mark (Dee), Mike, Tracy (Gene) Blakely, and Glory Jean Spires, St. Matthews; niece, Nancy (Mike) Spears, Leesville. Special family and friends, Pete (Joyce) Amick and Jack (Pete) Beauchamp. Ms. Amick was predeceased by her parents, sister Mary Lee "Dudie" Coward and brother Roy (Effie) Coward.
Ms. Amick donated her body to USC School of Medicine. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family wishes to send a special thanks to the staff of Lexington Extended Care-Crews Point.
