Funeral services for Willy Joseph Osborne, 51 years of age, were held Friday afternoon, September 24, from Christie Chapel with Rev. J. H. Campbell in charge. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Osborne died Wednesday, September 22, at the Rosary Hospital. He was a member of the Church of God. Besides his wife, he is survived by 4 daughters and 5 sons, Mrs. Leslie Davis, Ruth Ratford, Ethyl Osborne, and Betty Osborne, Lannie, Howard, Harlie, Billy and Chaney Osborne; also two sisters, Mrs. J. C. Williams and Mrs. Roy Jones, Chester and Paul Osborne. Pallbearers were J. C. Holcomb, Dave Harding, C. H. Davis, C. L. Davis, Luther Cooper and Henry Eastridge.

Herman died in 2007 in Chardon, OH. He was the son of Ben Redford and Lettie Skaggs. Neither of their obits said where they were to be buried at. Their other son died in Chardon, OH and was cremated so they may have been too.
