DONOVAN-Thomas H. Donovan, 76 years old, a veteran of the Civil War, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Raymond C. Swann, 3420 Euclid Avenue. Mr. Donovan belonged to one of the crack regiments of Gen. Phillip Sheridan and was at Winchester when General Sheridan made the famous ride. He was born in Chambersburg, Pa., and lived there during the early years of his life. He removed to Wyandotte County thirty-two years ago, where he lived until he went to live with his daughter in Kansas City. Besides Mrs. Swann, another daughter, Mrs. Charles F. Hains of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Wouth America, and a son. A. G. Donovan of Fort Worth, Tex., survive. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning at the St. Mary's Catholic Church on the Kansas side. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
