Ben was named after his father (Benjamin George Polston) and grandfathers (Mike Owsley Polston and John Johnson) and two of his great-grandfathers (William S.Polston and Christopher Columbus LaFavers. Sr.).
His full name was: William Christopher Benjamin Johnny Mike Polston. When he was young he was called J.M. for short. Later he was call Ben.
