William A. Bellison, a fireman on the B. & 0. Railroad for the past 37
years, died Monday, January 17, 1938, at his home in Mt. Airy, He
had been ill for about two months. He was a son of Cornelius Bellison
and the late Mrs. Anna Bellison. Besides his father he leaves two
daughters and one son: Mrs. Frank Conaway, Mrs. George Free, and Harry
Bellison, all of Mt. Airy.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 P. M. at the late residence.
The Rev. Philip Edwards, pastor of Calvary M. E. church, officiated.
Burial was in Pine Grove cemetery.
