She was a daughter to Frank and Mabel (Rummel) Bowen.
Surviving are three sons: Phil (Ann), Celina, Stan (Sylvia), Cutler, and Allen (Adele), Orange, CA; a daughter, Nan (Doug) Hill, Macon, GA; and ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers: Donald and Gayle; and a sister, Iris Stevick.
A graduate of Miami University of Ohio with a degree in dietetics, she worked as a dietician in various hospitals early in her marriage. She was a stay at home mother and volunteered in many roles. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina. She enjoyed gardening and butterflies and was an avid reader.
