My grand father, Mitchell Lathrop, was a great friend of Burt. They did logging together in the good old days and I think that Burt worked with him at the Bristol Casket Factory. They liked to fish and I can hear gramp now answering the phone in his slow voice, Hellooooo Burrrt. I guess we thought it was so funny to be Burt Lambert. It is funny now to remember those days. Burt died a couple of weeks after gramp did in the cold of Dec 1980.
