Mr Westbrook had been seriously ill for about a week with stomach and heart trouble.
He ws proprietor of the Western house at Hancock several years ago, and at one time conducted the Arlington at Long Eddy.
He afterward came here and conducted the Delaware House which later became the Western House.
This was his home at the time of his death.
Besides his wife he leaves a brother at Port Jervis and a sister residing near New York.
