A California native, she was the wife of the late J. Deter McNary who was Colusa's mortician, coroner and public administrator.
Mrs. McNary was a member of the Aletha Berkeley Chapter Eastern Star, Northbrae Woman's Club, 20th Century Club, P.E.O. Sorority and Daughters of the Nile.
Surviving her are a son, James A. Gade of Kensigton; two sisters, Hazel E. Bird of Kensington and Ruby Haberg of Livermore; and two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Anna Gade of Berkeley.
Services were held in the McNary & Morgan Chapel, Berkeley. Entombment was in the Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland. - Transcribed by M.
