Harold W. Miller, 94, a resident of Quincy Village, Quincy, PA and formerly of 7751 Mentzer Gap Road, Waynesboro, PA, passed away at 7:35 A.M., Thursday, March 22, 2012 in the nursing home.
Born December 1, 1917 in Tomstown, PA, he was the son of the late Harry and Amanda (Monn) Miller.
He and his wife, the late Janet Rosalie (Funk) Miller, were married November 17, 1962. They moved to their Mentzer Gap Road address following marriage. She passed away January 5, 2008. He entered the nursing home October 27, 2009.
Mr. Miller was employed at Landis Tool Company, Waynesboro for 45 years, where he mostly worked on the erecting floor.
He attended Blue Rock United Brethren in Christ Church, Waynesboro.
Mr. Miller is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
He was the last of his immediate family.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Beulah Bakner and Marie Yingling.

Services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Monday, March 26, 2012, in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 South Broad Street, Waynesboro, with Pastor Kevin Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Quincy Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services, Monday afternoon, in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The Antietam Humane Society, 8513 Lyons Road, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
