Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Collier-Butler Chapel for Virginia Bryan Phillips, Gadsden, who passed away Friday, Feb. 5, 2010. The Revs. Jimmy Bailey and Harold Adcock will officiate with burial in Duck Springs Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services directing.
Ms. Phillips was a native and longtime resident of Gadsden and was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy L. (Freida) Bryan, Gadsden; daughters, Brenda (Jeffrey) Haffa, Evans, Ga., and Pamela K. Stiles, Gadsden; grandchildren, Jimmy Lane Bryan Jr., Jason Lee Bryan, Kevin Dewayne Bryan, Andrea Nicole Bryan, Jeffrey Allen Haffa Jr., Krista-Emily Haffa, Pamela Lynn (Jeff) Mullins and Vanesha Leanna Stiles; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Trace, Keigan and Kerigan Bryan, Whitney Mullins and Breanna Vinson; brother, James Farmer, Attalla; sister, Shirley Adcock, Attalla; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
The family will receive friends from nooon until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home.
