Riley County Genealogical Society lists her age as 7 months. Myrtle Champion was the daughter of "F.W. Champion of Pottawatomie County" according to a death notice in the Manhattan Nationalist of 31 Dec. 1903. They list her death as due to pneumonia, but another listing of her burial states it was whooping cough.
~~~~~~
Trying to determine what relationship Myrtle might have to F. W. Champion and Carrie E. Champion. Is she possibly an infant daughter?
NOTE: On March 31, 2012, Find A Grave contributor, zadalew searched for a headstone for both Mabel and Myrtle Champion; none were found, which agrees with the RCGS Cemetery Book.
Thank you for all your efforts zadalew!!!!! You've been such a tremendous help!
