Mr.Josh Thrasher, one of the old citizens of Bibb County, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Carrie Holland, Tuesday. The remains were interred in Mt.Carmel Cemetery, Wednesday. Mr. Thrasher was preceded to the grave by his wife only a few
months ago. He leaves a son and two daughters, besides a large number of other relatives. Joshua and Judson were married on 21 April 1869, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Joshua P. Thrasher was the son of John W. Thrasher and Mary McClain Lindley who preceded him in death.
