Edna Grace King Cranmore - Ramsey

102 & 1/2 years young

Edna was born in Longmont, CO and was the third and last survivor of eight children born to Edwin and Nancy King.

She married James Cranmore in 1919. They had four daughters, an infant son did not survive.

James expired in 1962. Edna married Albert Ramsey in 1973 and they lived in Marysville. Albert expired in 1981. She remained in her home as long as her health allowed.

Her last nearly four years were spent at Madeleine Villa. A grateful thanks to the management and staff for all their superb TLC. When she passed away she was their eldest resident.

Infant son James Cranmore, husbands James and Albert, grandsons James Wedler and Le Roy Bruseth, and daughter Vantella Tyler preceded her in death.

Surviving, are daughters Hazel Tyler, Nellie Wedler, and Ida Mae (Joe) Bruseth, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces. Also surviving are stepdaughters Arlys Ramsey, Audrey (Howard) Morril and their 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

In celebration of her long life, services will be held at 1pm, April 16, 2004 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 615 East Highland Drive, Arlington, WA 98223.

In lieu of flowers please do a good deed, or if desired, a donation may be made to Our Saviors Lutheran Church, or a charity of your choice.
