FALLBROOK - Funeral services were conducted in Berry-Bell mortuary chapel, under auspices of Oceanside Lodge 1561, BPOE, for Clarence G. Phillips, 63, retired superintendent of equipment , county road department. Interment was in the Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery.
Phillips, a native of Cheyenne, Wyo., died Tuesday in his home near here. He had lived in California since 1918 and had been a county employe for more than 20 years.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Isabelle Phillips; two sons, Charles Philliips of Portland, and Ellwood Phillips of Escondido; a daughter, Annabelle Phillips of Fallbrook; and two granddaughters.
