Asheville – Kay Cansler, 64, crossed over into the light on January 15. A native of North Carolina, Kay received her M. Ed. from UNC. She was a renowned Nutritionist specializing in Essential Oil therapy and was a beloved friend to anyone who needed help. Surviving are her extended family of multitude of friends. The service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 28, at the Center for Creative Living.
