Dedication memorial plaque at Pleasantville United Methodist Church Located on corner of Lincoln Avenue and Foster Street, Pleasantville, OH

Born; Pleasantville, OH. Grew Up; Pleasantville, OH. Elementary through High School Graduation. School; Pleasantville, OH, one year at Fort Wayne International Business College had to quit when his father died in 1931 (Franklin was 19yr. at that time) to provide for his Mom, Callie Jane Sriner (Outcalt), Brother Karl Nelson & Sister Maxene Eldred.

Activities; Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Fly Fishing, Hunted Rabbit and Squirrel, Masonic Lodge member, Volunteer Fire Department Chief and Member, Pleasantville Mayor, Council Member, School Board Member, Fairfield County-Lancaster Hospital board member, Very active in Community Functions and Methodist Church, Basketball and Football official.

Employment; Baltimore Paper Mill most of his life, started with the mill loading boxcars, moved up to Production Manager for many years and Retired as a Regional Salesman. Residence; moved to Lancaster, OH when Fredrick Eugene and Joe Mikal were in College (Capital University), and Lancaster is where my Mom and Dad died, there is a plaque in the Pleasantville Methodist Church dedicated and from them.

Significant Accomplishments; they go hand in hand and are encompassed in his many activities listed above. My Dad (Franklin Eugene) or Mom (Catherine Lucile Brown-Outcalt) never turned down anyone needing help.
