STEVEN SCOTT OUTCALT: - was an old sole, he played guitar and entertained signing country tunes in and around the Lancaster, OH area. He as an avid family man, attending family reunions and events his entire life. Steve, was always the life of a party always quick with a joke and eager to play cards and share a great story. He had a GREAT Heart and loved to share with this family. Steve, was a great friend and a loving uncle. He taught himself how to play the guitar and regularly performed in the Lancaster area, singing a host of country and popular music.
