CHARLES H FORMAN Dies In Saratoga

Charles H Forman for nearly 50 years a resident of Santa Cruz, died yesterday at the Odd Fellows home at Saratoga; where he had lived for a long time. As for most of his life, he had been a strong Odd Fellows and belonged to the various branches and was a member of Santa Cruz lodge and of Isabella lodge of Rebekahs.

When he first resided in Santa Cruz his home was on Maple Street and for many years he was connected with the Union Traction company. Later he was a poultry man and before leaving for Saratoga he lived at 22 Cayuga street.

He is survived by a daughter, Selma, wife of William H Fowler of Los Angeles and a son, Ora Forman, of San Jose.

Service conducted by Santa Cruz lodge No. 96, I.O.O.F. and Rev. J. C. Colyar will be held in Wessendorf mortuary, Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment, in I.O.O.F. cemetery.

SERVICES HELD WEDNESDAY for C.H. FORMAN

Rev. J. C. Colyar conducted services Wednesday morning in the Wessendorf mortuary chapel for Charles H. Forman who passed away in Saratoga November 23. Member of the Santa Cruz lodge of Odd Fellows. No 96 assisted in the service, and members of the lodge served as pallbearers. Interment was in the I.O.O.F. cemetery

Surviving relatives most of whom were here are daughter, Mrs. W. H. Fowler of Los Angeles; son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Ora Forman of Santa Monica; granddaughters, Miss Ruth Fowler, Washington and Mrs. Dorothy Huntley of Palo Alto; Mrs. Virginia Ritchey of San Mateo and Miss Barbara Forman of Santa Monica, all daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Ora Forman and great grandson Robert Ritchey.
