Mr. Clovis Ayers, 68, Route 5, Corinth, died at 2:42 a.m. today at Magnolia Hospital after an illness of a month.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Tishomingo Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace Ayers, Corinth; two daughters, Mrs. Joyce Dellinger, Corinth; Mrs. Peggy Estes, Tupelo; two brothers, Levi Ayers, Corinth; Randolph Ayers, Philadelphia, MS; a sister, Mrs. Elzie Mathis, Verona; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services have been set for 2 p.m. Saturday at the Burns-Denton Chapel with Rev. Harry Phillips and Rev. Tommy Vinson officiating.
Burial will be in Presbyterian Shiloh Cemetery.
